Marylin Jenkins is a partner in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP's San Rafael and San Francisco offices. In her more than 40 years of practicing law, she has tried 53 cases to judgment or verdict, and has won them all. She has defended domestic and foreign businesses and individuals in class actions, employment, environmental, antitrust, IP, insurance, securities, real estate, indenture financing, maritime, product and crude pipeline, consumer protection, and Prop 65 litigation in both state and federal courts.
Ms. Jenkins is Av rated by her peers, and has been named to the BTI All Star List for client service ["Your definitive annual guide to the attorneys commanding the attention of General Counsel and legal decision makers at large organizations. This is not your over-reported list of rainmakers, dealmakers, or power brokers. Instead, BTI went straight to the source—the client—to find out exactly which attorneys are truly influencing and changing the legal industry."] She took time from her litigation practice to serve as General Counsel to two international companies, and is highly sensitive to client needs.
With a masters degree in English Renaissance history, Ms. Jenkins spends her non-working hours at early music concerts and Shakespearean plays. And babysitting her grandchildren. |
