Overview

Craig Rolfe is Senior Counsel in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP's Sacramento office. With over a decade of experience litigating cases in California's state and federal courts involving: catastrophic injuries, products and premises liability, professional liability, insurance bad faith claims, directors' and officers' liability, long term care, medical malpractice, real estate and commercial disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rolfe worked for some of the most highly respected firms in Northern California. He began his legal career working full time as a law clerk during the day, while attending law school. Prior to his entry into the legal profession, Mr. Rolfe worked for accomplished software development and technology companies.

Mr. Rolfe’s clients benefit from his years of experience and knowledge garnered from hundreds of prior clients and cases representing individuals and businesses from all walks of life. He is accomplished in complex law and motion matters at both the trial and appellate court level. He has also successfully tried and arbitrated several cases. His background in technology has been an asset in litigation involving privacy, data security, cellphone usage, wireless data, network communications, and other technical software or hardware issues.

When not protecting his clients’ interests, Mr. Rolfe spends time with his family, raising his young children. Mr. Rolfe is a music aficionado and guitar player.
