Aaron Miller is an Associate at Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP and is located in the Atlanta office. He is a member of the Construction & Design Law and Tort & Catastrophic Loss practice sections and is involved in the Firm’s Transportation interdisciplinary team. Mr. Miller has been recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America™ since 2023.
Mr. Miller handles construction law cases, representing architects, engineers and contractors against claims involving negligent design, negligent construction and water runoff. He also defends a range of civil litigation involving trucking accidents, premises liability, negligent security and wrongful death lawsuits. Prior to joining FMG, Mr. Miller started his career prosecuting criminal cases with the Fulton County Solicitor’s Office. He then worked in-house for a Fortunate 500 insurance company defending a variety of civil litigation matters.
