Aaron Miller is an Associate at Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP and is located in the Atlanta office. He is a member of the Construction & Design Law and Tort & Catastrophic Loss practice sections and is involved in the Firm’s Transportation interdisciplinary team. Mr. Miller has been recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America^™ since 2023.

Mr. Miller handles construction law cases, representing architects, engineers and contractors against claims involving negligent design, negligent construction and water runoff.  He also defends a range of civil litigation involving trucking accidents, premises liability, negligent security and wrongful death lawsuits. Prior to joining FMG, Mr. Miller started his career prosecuting criminal cases with the Fulton County Solicitor’s Office. He then worked in-house for a Fortunate 500 insurance company defending a variety of civil litigation matters.

Mr. Miller received his J.D. from Mercer University School of Law. While at Mercer, he served as President of the Phi Delta Phi Honor’s Society. During his third year at Mercer, Mr. Miller was a member of the Mercer Advocacy Council, while competing in mock trial. He received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of South Carolina where he was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Society.
