Prior to joining FMG, Ms. Loving spent seven years working in civil litigation at a plaintiff’s law firm in Southern California that specializes in Personal Injury cases. She has extensive experience litigating cases involving wrongful death, premises liability and motor vehicle negligence. Her litigation background and experience informs her strategic and thorough approach to client advocacy.
Ms. Loving earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Whittier Law School. During her time in law school, she received the Dean’s Citation Award and the Outstanding Graduate Award in the Center for Children and Families. She also served as Article Editor of the Whittier Journal of Child and Family Advocacy, was a member of the Moot Court Honors Board, was an editorial staff member of the Whittier Law Review and worked as a teaching assistant for Civil Procedure and Torts. Ms. Loving was a six-time recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for receiving the highest grade in various law school courses. During law school, Ms. Loving also served as a Judicial Extern to the Hon. Michael I. Levanas.
