Adam Hale is Senior Counsel in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP's Sacramento office. He is a member of the Firm’s Professional Liability/E&O and Tort & Catastrophic Loss practice sections. Mr. Hale’s practice focuses on the defense of claims in professional liability matters and in the area of tort and catastrophic loss.

Mr. Hale has over ten years of civil litigation experience where his practice focused on medical malpractice defense. He has extensive experience in defense of all types of medical malpractice actions on behalf of physicians, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.

Mr. Hale is a member of the California Lawyers Association and the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California & Nevada. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from San Diego State University, and he holds a J.D. from Western State College of Law.
