Alexander (Alex) Gong Meissner is a Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s downtown Los Angeles office. Alex’s practice focuses on representing insurers in complex insurance coverage and bad faith disputes concerning commercial, personal and excess policies and bonds. Alex has extensive coverage experience with claims involving transportation, aviation, employment, first-party losses, crime, and product liability. His practice includes preparation of coverage opinions, reservations of rights, and declination letters, as well as litigation of insurance coverage matters, including declaratory relief, equitable contribution and bad faith claims.
