Alicia Santocki is a Partner, Client Engagement in the New York City office of Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP. She serves as Vice-Chair of the firm's Data Security, Privacy & Technology practice section. She practices in the New York, Newark and Ft. Lauderdale offices.

Ms. Santocki has over two decades of experience handling claims, monitoring litigation, and implementing and executing quality assurance processes. She provides claims and litigation management services on various lines of business including EPL, D&O, MPL, LPL, A&E, FI, miscellaneous medical, senior living and aging services. Her experience extends beyond the US market, to include London and Bermuda.

Ms. Santocki stays on the pulse of new and emerging exposures in the cybersecurity, data privacy and technology space. She has advised InsurTechs to help bring them to market and partnered with alternative legal service providers. Additionally, she has expertise in implementing systems, protocols and optimized staffing models to ensure service excellence throughout the client experience. Ms. Santocki has leveraged these quality assurance techniques to drive efficient and cost-effective delivery of services, enhance client satisfaction and help mitigate client risk.

Ms. Santocki graduated cum laude from the University of Florida and subsequently earned her Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School. She is licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and Florida.

She serves as Board Member of Women in Cyber Leadership and the Advisory Board of  the Insurance Insider, Insider Progress. She is on the Hartford Chapter Steering Committee of the Professional Liability and Underwriters Society (PLUS).  She previously served on the Advisory Board for Zywave's NY Cyber Risk Insights Conference. Alicia was named a finalist for Cyber Risk Attorney of the Year (Zywave) and recognized at the Intelligent Insurer Cyber Risk Awards 2026 as an Inspiring Woman in Cyber Insurance. She is also a regular speaker for industry panels, sharing insights on trends and best practices.
