Ms. Bernarding has substantial experience handling complex insurance litigation for both personal, commercial and self-insured clients including defending medical drug manufacturers, products liability, professional liability, toxic torts, trucking accidents, liquor liability, timber trespass, asbestos, premises liability, food borne illnesses, and construction site accidents resulting in severe injury including but not limited to traumatic brain injuries, wrongful death, amputation, and paralysis.
Outside of work, Ms. Bernarding enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and watching her children play various sports.
