Overview

Audrey Wanich is a Senior Counsel in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP's Orlando office. She is a member of the Construction & Design Law Practice Section. She focuses her practice on construction law, general commercial litigation, and professional liability matters.

Ms. Wanich brings more than ten years of experience in real estate and planned development, representing residential and commercial developers, condominiums, cooperatives and homeowners' associations throughout Florida. She focuses on providing clients with practical and effective representation and has represented clients in disputes related to land entitlements, title disputes, covenant enforcement, fair housing complaints, fiduciary duty and professional liability.

Ms. Wanich is a member of the Florida Bar and South Carolina Bar. She has been an active member of the Florida Bar’s Condominium & Planned Development Committee and is a volunteer speaker for the Florida Bar’s Benchmarks Program.
