Ayesa Conger is Senior Counsel in Freeman Mathis & Gary LLP’s Miami office and a member of the firm’s commercial litigation and tort and catastrophic loss practice sections, as well as the homeowners associations (HOA) team. She brings more than 10 years of experience representing clients in complex civil litigation matters across a range of industries.
Before joining FMG, Conger was an associate at a midsize civil litigation defense firm, where she focused on insurance defense, premises liability and general civil litigation. Earlier in her career, she developed a strong litigation background in commercial disputes, personal injury, family law, landlord-tenant matters, civil rights litigation and plaintiff-side first-party property claims.
She earned her law degree from St. Thomas University School of Law and her bachelor’s degree in marketing from Florida Atlantic University. While in law school, she served as a law clerk with the Renters Education and Legal Line clinic at Legal Services of Greater Miami and interned with Judge Michael A. Usan of the 17th Judicial Circuit.
