Overview

Bianca Falcon is an Associate at Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP and is located in the Downtown Los Angeles office. She is a member of the Insurance Coverage and Extra-Contractual Liability and Professional Liability/Errors & Omissions Practice Sections. Bianca is also actively involved in the Lawyers Professional Liability Interdisciplinary Team. Her practice focuses on defending clients in complex insurance coverage disputes, bad faith claims and legal malpractice matters. She brings trial experience and a strong litigation background to her role, having represented a wide range of clients in both federal and state courts.

Bianca represents insurers, law firms, financial institutions and other corporate entities in matters involving insurance coverage, professional liability and regulatory compliance. She has successfully defended financial institutions in arbitrations involving claims under the FCRA, FDCPA and TCPA. Prior to joining FMG, she represented Fortune 500 companies, government agencies and small businesses in disputes spanning commercial litigation, employment claims, business torts and general liability. Her approach is grounded in strategic advocacy and a commitment to client-focused solutions.

Bianca is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Judicial Elections Evaluation Committee and the President’s Advisory Committee on Women in the Legal Profession, where she holds the distinction of being the most junior appointee in both committees’ histories. She is also a member of the Federal Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division. Bianca was selected as an American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) Fellow upon graduating from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she earned her J.D. She received her B.A. cum laude from Tulane University and externed for the Hon. Jay C. Zainey of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. She has presented on legal ethics and malpractice prevention, including at the Los Angeles Paralegal Association’s Annual October Conference.
