Brad Sylwester is a Partner in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP's St. Louis office. He is a member of the Tort & Catastrophic Loss practice area. He is also a member of the Transportation interdisciplinary team. Mr. Sylwester focuses his practice on wrongful death, tort, and premises liability claims. He has represented individuals, corporations, insurance companies, and governmental entities in state and federal courts in Missouri and Illinois. He has successfully tried cases in Missouri and Illinois, including jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations.

Mr. Sylwester represents a diverse range of clients, including individuals, large publicly traded corporations, insurance companies, local corporations, and sole proprietorships. He has also represented governmental entities and law enforcement agencies in civil rights, excessive force, conditions of confinement, and inverse condemnation claims.

Mr. Sylwester is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, Illinois Bar Association, and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri (Columbia) School of Law, where he was a Member of the Missouri Law Review. Prior to law school, he graduated cum laude from Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science.
