Overview

Brendan M. Collins is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP’s Boston office. He practices in the firm’s Labor & Employment and Professional Liability practice groups

Mr. Collins has broad litigation experience, which includes the defense of wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, and harassment claims. Prior to joining Freeman Mathis & Gary, Mr. Collins worked at a highly regarded law firm in the Boston metro area where he assisted private and public sector clients to navigate a variety of complex labor and employment matters during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Thereafter, Mr. Collins gained significant litigation experience at another acclaimed Boston law firm where he represented clients before the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court in litigation involving contested familial disputes and sophisticated asset division.

In his free time, Mr. Collins enjoys swimming, running, playing water polo, and visiting family in California and Vermont.
