Overview

Brent Bean is a Partner in the Atlanta office of Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP. Brent's practice is primarily devoted to representing companies in lawsuits brought against them by employees. He litigates a variety of employment discrimination cases, as well as class action and collective wage and hour claims. He also provides advice and counsel to management regarding employment law issues.  In addition, Mr. Bean focuses on professional liability claims, including defending a wide variety of professional negligence cases and errors and omissions claims against lawyers, insurance agents, real estate agents and other professional service providers.  He also defends companies in consumer law claims and has significant appellate experience.
