Brian Goldberg is a Partner at Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP’s Atlanta office. He concentrates his litigation practice on complex commercial and business disputes, professional liability defense, real estate litigation, landlord/tenant disputes, creditor-rights litigation, lender-liability defense, and premises liability defense.   • Represented numerous homeowners to remove security deed of a defunct mortgage lender through declaratory judgment.
  • Represented national mortgage lender in a dispute against another national mortgage lender to remove unlawfully filed security deed.
  • Represented one of the largest private equity firms in the world in dispute in State Court and obtained dismissal for lack of personal jurisdiciton.
  • Represented national bank in State Court with favorable result against a borrower that fraudulently released a security deed.
  • Represented publicly traded property management company in dispute in state court that resulted in favorable settlement terms.
  • Represented private lender against pro se litigant that resulted in dismissal of all counts and a bill of peace preventing further frivilous filing.
