Overview

Brian Skalsky is a Partner in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP’s Seal Beach office. He is a seasoned litigation attorney who has prevailed at trial and on appeal. He focuses his practice on a variety of general liability litigation matters, product matters and healthcare matters. Mr. Skalsky has experience representing both large national companies and individuals in all stages of litigation, from inception to appeal, including mediation, arbitration, and trial. He counsels and defends clients in the food services industry, commercial services industry, commercial transportation industry and construction industry on catastrophic personal injury claims, individual insureds in automobile actions, and property management companies and property owners in complaints of habitation, lead exposure and toxic mold exposure.



Mr. Skalsky attained his B.S. in Biology from the University of California, Irvine, where he was involved with the UCI crew team.  He obtained his J.D. from Loyola Law School. He has been honored by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in Southern California in general litigation since 2018. 

Mr. Skalsky in his spare time enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and hiking.
