Caitlyn Garcia is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP’s Newark office. She is a member of the Tort & Catastrophic Loss Practice Section. Ms. Garcia represents various corporations and companies in general liability matters.

Ms. Garcia has published articles, Replacing Foster Care with Family Care: The Family First Prevention Services Act of 2018, 52 FAM. LAW QUARTERLY 27 (2019) and Divest, Invest, and Mutual Aid, 12 COLUM. J. RACE & L. 601 (2022) in support of parents and families. As a former Public Defender, she delivered presentations and trainings on reproductive justice topics.
