Carly focuses her practice on representing general contractors, developers, subcontractors and other construction professionals in construction defect and personal injury claims throughout Florida.
Carly graduated magna cum laude from Auburn University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Political Science. Thereafter, she received her Juris Doctor from Florida State University: College of Law where she also earned, with honors, the college’s International Law Certificate. The International Law Certificate program mandated additional requirements beyond a J.D. only, such as additional credits, a substantial research paper requirement, and additional development of certain skills. During law school, Carly honed her oral advocacy skills on the Moot Court team, served on the executive board on Moot Court, and was a Staff Editor for the Florida State University Law Review. Moreover, Carly was a law clerk for the prestigious Tallahassee firm, Ausley McMullen while a full-time law student.
