Casey C. Stansbury

Casey Stansbury is a Partner in FMG’s Lexington, Nashville, Ohio and Indiana offices.  He is a member of the firm’s national On Call Trial Team.  Casey is an experienced trial attorney who has represented individuals, municipalities, counties, states and state agencies, officers, elected officials and corporations within the United States and worldwide.  Casey is also a Special Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  With a background in politics, marketing and public relations, he brings real-world experience with a focus on finding the best resolution for his clients.  As a skilled trial attorney, his experience with public relations and messaging, Casey is in high demand for consulting with juries and trial strategy.  He is constantly called upon by insurance carriers to provide representation in matters involving excess insurance and case oversight.  Casey is also called upon to step in and serve as trial counsel in Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana and Tennessee.  Casey handles a variety of matters involving constitutional law, employment, telecommunications, retail and hospitality, professional liability, construction, transportation including cargo and treaty claims, environmental, complex litigation, class actions, product liability and general liability matters.
