Overview

Charles Lally is an Associate in the Seattle office of Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP. Mr. Lally is a member of the Insurance Coverage & Extra-Contractual Liability and Tort & Catastrophic Loss Practice Sections. He focuses his practice on general liability, catastrophic tort and insurance defense, insurance coverage and insurance bad faith litigation.
Mr. Lally is a member of the Washington State Bar. He is an AmeriCorps Alum, having completed a volunteer term with the Illinois JusticeCorps. Mr. Lally earned his J.D., cum laude, from Tulane University, where he was the Business Editor for the Environmental Law Journal, a Student Attorney for the Environmental Law Clinic, and the Summit Director for the Environmental and Energy Law Society. He graduated with distinction, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
