Curt M. Graham is a Partner in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s Lexington office and is Vice-Chair of the firm's Southeast Government practice team.
Mr. Graham’s practice primarily focuses on governmental liability issues, and he has extensive experience representing municipalities, elected officials and government employees in both state and federal court. He has handled cases ranging from employment disputes to class action litigation. In addition to his courtroom experience, Mr. Graham is a frequent presenter to both clients and attorneys on civil rights issues.
Mr. Graham has experience in data privacy litigation arising from data security incidents, including data breach class actions and commercial disputes involving managed service providers. He also defends Web businesses who are sued for using data-tracking tools on their Web sites, such as Meta Pixel.
