Overview

Dan Murner is a Partner in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP's Lexington office. He is a member of the Tort & Catastrophic Loss Practice Section. He focuses his practice on civil litigation defense and has extensive trial and litigation experience in both the state and federal courts of Kentucky. He has been recognized as a Kentucky Super Lawyer and a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent rated attorney.

Mr. Murner represents transportation industry clients, including national and international trucking companies and locally based carriers, against catastrophic injury claims. He also utilizes a rapid response team of accident reconstructionists, human factors experts, law enforcement personnel and medical experts for investigations involving commercial motor vehicles.

Mr. Murner is an active member of the Trucking Industry Defense Association.
