Daniel Feldman is Senior Counsel at Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP and is located in the downtown Los Angeles office. He is a member of the Firm’s Tort & Catastrophic Loss and Commercial Litigation practice sections. Daniel brings substantial experience to FMG, having served as a trial attorney for insurance carriers, where he defended insurers and their insureds in all aspects of litigation.

Daniel represents a diverse range of clients, including insurance companies and their policyholders, across industries such as commercial, retail, and hospitality. He is known for his thorough approach to case preparation and his commitment to delivering practical solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

He is an active member of professional organizations and has contributed to legal education through public speaking and published work. Daniel earned his Juris Doctor from Western State College School of Law in 2014, graduating magna cum laude and serving as class valedictorian.
