While his current practice is primarily comprised of cases involving claims of medical malpractice and professional liability, Dave has successfully defended individuals, insurance companies, and businesses against claims including personal injury liability, premises liability, and property damage.
Dave’s decade of litigation experience has allowed him to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to provide his clients with effective representation. Whether it be working toward an advantageous settlement agreement or trying a case to a jury, Dave tirelessly analyzes evidence to determine the most beneficial resolution for his clients. He is a creative problem solver and a fierce advocate when necessary to fight for the desired result. Most importantly, he takes pride in his communication with and availability to his clients. Dave is fully committed to ensuring his clients are up to date and aware of the latest developments in their cases.
Outside the office, Dave spends as much time as possible with his wife, Erica, and their two daughters, Anne Katherine and Margaret. He also enjoys being involved in his church where he serves as a deacon, taking long runs, watching good games, and reading interesting books.
