Edwin Paul “Ted” Gale

Edwin Paul “Ted” Gale is a Partner in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s Tampa office and a member of the firm’s Healthcare and Medical Malpractice practice groups. Ted primarily handles professional liability claims brought against individual health care providers, their employers, and other institutions. Mr. Gale also represents individual healthcare providers in administrative investigations and disciplinary actions.

Mr. Gale has over twenty years of experience in representing healthcare professionals, having practiced with two different boutique firms since coming to Florida in 2002.  Mr. Gale spent the first years of his professional career in New Hampshire, where he focused on commercial litigation and bankruptcy, tort litigation, and worker’s compensation actions.

Mr. Gale is a graduate of Vermont Law School (now Vermont Law and Graduate School), earning his J.D. in 1989.  He undertook his undergraduate education at Yale University, where he earned a B.A. in history (1983).
