Eleanor Withers is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s Dallas office. Ms. Withers is a member of the firm's Commercial Litigation, Construction & Design Law, Professional Liability, Data Security & Technology and Tort & Catastrophic Loss practice sections.

A recent graduate of The University of Texas School of Law, Eleanor distinguished herself as the Chief Articles Editor for The Review of Litigation, where she honed her expertise in the nuances of legal writing and stayed abreast of the latest trends in litigation. Her meticulous attention to detail and strong command of language are assets she brings to every case.

Eleanor’s dedication to advocacy was further cultivated through her work in UT’s Disability Rights and Domestic Violence clinics, where she represented students with disabilities and survivors of domestic violence. These experiences have shaped her into a compassionate and resolute advocate for her clients.
