Emily Bronstein is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP’s Atlanta office. She is a member of the Firm’s Tort & Catastrophic Loss and Government Law practice sections. She brings more than a decade of litigation experience, having tried numerous cases to verdict and argued before the Georgia Court of Appeals. Ms. Bronstein has handled high stakes matters across Georgia’s trial courts and is known for managing challenging legal issues with skill and precision.
Before joining FMG, Ms. Bronstein focused on criminal defense, practicing in multiple jurisdictions throughout Georgia. She gained extensive courtroom experience litigating complex factual and evidentiary issues, and she created and delivered office-wide training programs on trial advocacy and motions practice.
Ms. Bronstein is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. She has been a guest lecturer at the Georgia Institute of Technology and was a panelist at The Defense of Drinking Drivers Institute, where she discussed managing both the civil and criminal aspects of DUI death and serious injury cases. She also served as Program Director for the 2024 Winter Seminar of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Ms. Bronstein received her J.D., with honors, from Emory University School of Law and her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
