Eric Stryker is a Partner in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP’s Las Vegas office. He primarily handles medical malpractice and professional negligence matters on behalf of healthcare facilities and individual practitioners. Eric has represented hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, dialysis clinics, med-spas, ambulance companies and individual practitioners in virtually every area of healthcare litigation. In addition to civil litigation, he has also defended physicians and medical professionals, lawyers, accountants, and other professionals in professional licensing investigations and disciplinary matters.

Prior to joining Freeman, Mathis & Gary Eric was a partner at another AM Law top 100 law firm, where he gained experience in toxic tort, health club liability, premises liability, and general civil litigation. He also has experience in products liability and construction defect litigation.
