Erica Davis-Bryant is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP’s Nashville office. She is a member of the Construction & Design, Professional Liability/Errors & Omissions, and Insurance Coverage & Extra-Contractual Liability practice areas. Mrs. Davis-Bryant is also experienced in defending individuals and entities alleged to have caused catastrophic injuries.

Mrs. Davis-Bryant focuses on defending owners, contractors, and sub-contractors in disputes arising out of large-scale construction projects. She frequently advises clients on risk assessment, dispute resolution, and litigation strategy.

Mrs. Davis-Bryant is a member of the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association. As a member of her local bar association, she was selected as a member of the 2025 Nashville Bar Foundation Leadership Forum class. She also serves the community on the Community Advisory Board for the University of Tennessee College of Law's Appalachian Justice Research Center, which supports interdisciplinary research initiatives in the Mountain South.
