Evan Szczepanski is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s Atlanta office. Mr. Szczepanski serves clients in the fields of transportation/trucking law, premises liability, government law and negligent security in both state and federal courts throughout the State of Georgia. Mr. Szczepanski has significant experience in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials. He utilizes his wide breadth of experience to formulate creative defense strategies to efficiently and favorably resolve cases.
Mr. Szczepanski received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Alabama School of Law, and graduated from the University of Alabama, as a Presidential Scholar, with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration with Honors. During law school, he interned with State Circuit Court Judge Hon. Charles Malone and U.S. District Court Judge Hon. L. Scott Coogler.
Following law school, Mr. Szczepanski served as a prosecutor in New York City; practiced at the Atlanta office of an international law firm; and counseled clients in complex matters at a Buckhead litigation boutique.
