Overview

Hamed Noory is an Associate at Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP and is located in the Seal Beach office. He is a member of the Tort & Catastrophic Loss and Construction & Design Law national practice sections and participates in the Architects & Engineers Design Liability interdisciplinary team.

Mr. Noory’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including construction defect, catastrophic injury and premises liability matters. He has represented clients through all phases of litigation, from initial investigation and discovery to motion practice and settlement. A zealous advocate for his clients, Mr. Noory has achieved dismissals with waiver of costs in high exposure cases and has successfully resolved multiple, complex, multi-million dollar matters for under $100,000, delivering significant savings and value for his clients. He also holds a mediation certificate qualifying him to mediate in California, including community-based programs and completed advanced litigation coursework under the Honorable Alex Ricciardulli.



Mr. Noory earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he served as President of the Health Law and Bioethics Association. During law school, Mr. Noory voluntarily interned at the Center for Law and Military Policy, where he focused on advancing legal reforms to expand mental health protections and benefits for veterans and advocated for reform of the Feres Doctrine. Mr. Noory is also a co-founder of the Noory Orphanage, which aims to help orphans access quality education and cover essential living costs. He earned his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles, in Anthropology.
