Overview

Hannah Gonzalez is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP’s Houston office. She is a member of the Construction and Professional Liability Practice Sections. Prior to joining FMG, she served as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Houston, where she negotiated and advised on a wide range of contractual and regulatory matters, including those related to major public infrastructure projects.

Ms. Gonzalez represents clients in matters involving construction disputes, professional liability claims, and other complex civil litigation matters. Drawing on her experience advising on construction, design, procurement, and technology contracts provides a strong foundation for assisting clients with complex legal issues and dispute resolution.

Ms. Gonzalez earned her Juris Doctor from Tulane University School of Law, where she served as Vice President of the Tulane Women in Law Society and Treasurer of the Texas Law Society. She was a member of the Hispanic National Bar Association Moot Court Program, serving as both a team member and coach, mentoring and preparing law students in appellate advocacy and oral argument. Ms. Gonzalez received her Bachelor in Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and was inducted into the Pi Sigma Alpha National Political Science Honor Society and the Gamma Beta Phi Honor Society.
