Overview

Houston Park is a Partner in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s Miami office and a member of the firm’s Professional Liability, Commercial Litigation, and Construction and Design Law practice sections. He is Office Co-Chair of the firm's Miami office. Mr. Park defends attorneys, accountants, and licensed therapists, as well as clients named in claims of defective construction, and has tried more than 55 cases to verdict including jury, non-jury, and arbitration proceedings.

Mr. Park earned his law degree, cum laude, as well as a master of laws degree in taxation from the University of Miami School of Law in 1992 and 1993, respectively, and a bachelor’s degree from the George Washington University. Mr. Park is member of The Florida Bar, the District of Columbia Bar, and authorized to practice in the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida, as well as before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
