Jacob Berlinger is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP's Chicago office. He is a member of the Firm’s Data Security, Privacy & Technology and Insurance Coverage and Extra-Contractual Liability Practice Sections and is actively involved in the Privacy & Data Breach Litigation interdisciplinary team.

Mr. Berlinger is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) with the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).

Mr. Berlinger is a graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Jacob received his Juris Doctor from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and his Master’s in Cybersecurity Risk Management from Indiana University.
