James G. Bozza is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP’s Atlanta office and primarily handles insurance coverage disputes and professional liability matters (including accountant malpractice and legal malpractice claims). James also handles commercial litigation/D&O matters.
Prior to joining FMG, James attended the University of Georgia School of Law. There, he was a member of the moot court team, a student attorney at the UGA Law First Amendment Clinic, a full year extern in the Civil Division of the United States Department of Justice in the Northern District of Georgia, a member of the Inn of Court, and received the CALI excellence for the Future Award for his legal writing.
James also attended the University of Georgia for his bachelor’s degree where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in political science with honors. As an undergraduate, James was president of the largest fraternity on campus and was heavily involved in other community and university organizations.
