Jason Cooper is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s Denver office and a member in the firm’s Commercial Litigation/D&O, Tort & Catastrophic Loss, and Professional Liability practice sections. His practice focuses on defense of general liability claims for businesses and common carriers, as well as professional liability.
Previously, Jason practiced for several years in commercial litigation, helping clients from numerous industries with complex business disputes, and also advised clients through complicated legal and family issues in estate administration and structuring.
Jason earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Michigan. He then earned his law degree at the University of Marquette School of Law. Additionally, Jason holds an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Denver School of Law.
