Jeffrey McLerran is a Partner in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP's Phoenix office. He serves as Vice-Chair of the firm's Healthcare Law national practice section as well as Chair of the firm's Medical Malpractice interdisciplinary team. In addition, he is a member of the Western Tort & Catastrophic Loss and Commercial Litigation/D&O practice sections, as well as the Homeowners Association (HOA) interdisciplinary team.
Mr. McLerran focuses his practice on personal injury defense, general liability, catastrophic injury defense, transportation and auto, medical malpractice defense, healthcare law, and healthcare licensing board matters. He brings extensive experience to complex litigation matters and is known for his strategic, results-driven advocacy on behalf of healthcare providers, transportation companies, insurers, and other professionals.
Prior to coming to FMG, Mr. McLerran was a partner in a midsized civil litigation defense firm where he practiced personal injury defense, general liability, catastrophic injury defense, medical malpractice defense, healthcare law, and healthcare licensing board issues. Prior to that, he was a partner at a small Arizona healthcare and civil litigation defense firm where he handled personal injury defense, general liability, catastrophic injury defense, medical malpractice defense, healthcare law, and healthcare licensing board issues.
