Jenna N. Lofaro is an Associate at Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP and is located in the Newark office. She is a member of the Firm’s Tort & Catastrophic Loss and Construction & Design Law national practice sections, and her practice focuses on a variety of litigation matters in those areas.
Ms. Lofaro brings a thoughtful and strategic approach to each case she handles, drawing on her prior experience as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Annette Scoca, J.S.C., to navigate complex litigation efficiently and effectively.
Ms. Lofaro earned her law degree from Rutgers Law School Newark, where she served as Notes and Comments Editor of the Women’s Rights Law Reporter and acted as a student attorney in the Rutgers Federal Tax Law Clinic, representing taxpayers involved in various disputes with the IRS in the United States Tax Court. She received her undergraduate degree from Fordham University, focusing on sociology, peace and justice studies.
