Jenna N. Lofaro is an Associate at Freeman Mathis and Gary’s Newark Office. Her practice includes a variety of litigation matters in the areas of tort and catastrophic loss and construction and design. Prior to joining Freeman Mathis & Gary, Ms. Lofaro served as the judicial law clerk to the Hon. Annette Scoca, J.S.C.
Ms. Lofaro is a graduate of Fordham University (B.A.). She then earned her law degree from Rutgers Law School Newark (J.D.), where she served as the Notes and Comments Editor of the Women’s Rights Law Reporter. Additionally, she acted as a student attorney with the Rutgers Federal Tax Law Clinic, during which time she represented taxpayers involved in various disputes with the IRS in the United States Tax Court.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and traveling.
