Jennine Adamek Moore is a Partner in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP's St. Louis office. She is a member of the Tort & Catastrophic Loss practice area. She concentrates her practice in the areas of premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, tort, and general litigation. She has extensive experience in premises liability law and has represented local, regional, and national retail and commercial entities in tort claims throughout Missouri. Ms. Adamek Moore has significant experience in all aspects of litigation and uses her experience to bring claims to a successful conclusion both pre-suit and through dispositive motions, mediation, and trial.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Adamek Moore worked in a large regional insurance defense firm for nearly 20 years where she gained valuable experience. In law school, she served as an intern to the Honorable David Noce, U.S. Magistrate, as well as a legal intern for the Missouri State Public Defender System.
Ms. Adamek Moore is an active member of the Lawyers Association of St. Louis and has been an Executive Committee Member since 2013, Secretary 2018-2019, Second Vice President 2019-2021, First Vice President 2021-2022, President-Elect 2022-2023, and President 2023-Present. In addition, Ms. Adamek Moore is an active member of the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers and enjoys meeting with defense attorneys from around the state.
Ms. Adamek Moore has appeared in St. Louis Magazine’s Best Lawyers Edition since 2020. She is also the recipient of the 2023 Missouri Lawyers Media's Women's Justice Award-Litigation Practitioner. The Women’s Justice Awards recognize women across Missouri who have demonstrated leadership, integrity, service, sacrifice and accomplishment in improving the quality of justice and exemplifying the highest ideals of the legal profession. The awards reach out to women in various segments of the legal community, including the bar, the bench, public office, business, academia, nonprofits, and the state at large.
Ms. Adamek Moore has also presented legal education lectures on evaluating additional insured coverage and contractual indemnity issues, as well as case law and statutory updates. She has been a volunteer coach with Girls on the Run since 2021 and enjoys giving back to the community.
Ms. Adamek Moore earned her B.S. in Justice Systems, cum laude, from Truman State University and her Juris Doctorate from Saint Louis University School of Law. While in law school, she was a Dean’s Scholarship Recipient, was awarded the Leo C. Brown Award, and earned an Employment Law Certificate. In college, she was a member of the Women’s Swim Team all four years, a Truman Scholar Athlete, a Student Ambassador, Outstanding Student in Justice Systems, and involved in numerous academic societies. She was also a 4-H project leader volunteer and taught swimming lessons.
