John H. Stevens is a Partner in the Denver office of Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP and is Vice-Chair of the firm's On-Call Trial national practice team. John is admitted to practice in New Mexico and Colorado. He is also a member of the firm’s Tort & Catastrophic Loss and Construction & Design Practice areas. He works with the Western, Midwest and Southeast tort practice teams and serves as Vice-Chair of the Midwest Tort team.

He has over 20 years experience of successfully trying numerous cases to verdict in a wide variety of cases, broadly ranging from personal injury and construction disputes. His practice emphasizes civil litigation involving commercial disputes, personal injury claims, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, product liability, construction defect disputes and subrogation. Mr. Stevens is admitted to practice law in the States of Colorado and New Mexico and the United States District Court for the Districts of Colorado and New Mexico. Mr. Stevens has been recognized by A.M. Best, for recommended Insurance Defense attorneys and Super Lawyers Colorado.
