K. Stanton Kincaid is an Associate at Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP and is located in the Atlanta office. Stanton practices in the firm’s Construction Law and Professional Liability practice groups. As part of his construction litigation practice, Stanton represents owners, general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, developers and builders on both small - and large-scale construction projects that involve claims of construction defects, design defects, professional negligence, negligence, payment and breach of contract disputes.
Prior to coming to FMG, Stanton practiced at a civil litigation defense firm where he defended property owners, businesses, and individuals in premises liability, construction defect and general liability lawsuits. Stanton also has prior experience representing developers, property owners, businesses and individuals in real estate disputes, contract disputes and zoning and land use disputes at both the appellate and trial levels.
Stanton graduated from the University School Georgia, where he studied History and Philosophy. He attended law school at the University of Georgia School of Law, where he served on the Georgia Law Review.
