Kathy McCarthy is Senior Counsel in Freeman, Mathis & Gary, LLP’s Las Vegas office. She practices in the areas of tort law and labor and employment law.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. McCarthy handled insurance coverage matters for a large firm.  She also has experience in bad faith litigation, construction defect litigation, contracts, and intellectual property.
