Kelsey C. Greene is Senior Counsel in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s LAX office. Her practice focuses on insurance claims made under commercial general liability, professional liability, employers liability, excess and umbrella liability policies.
Her practice consists primarily of counseling her clients regarding their coverage obligations and rights against others; prosecuting and defending declaratory relief and equitable contribution actions; and defending against bad faith claims filed by individual and corporate insureds.
Her experience in insurance coverage provides her a unique ability to evaluate complex coverage issues and evaluate the benefits and risks of litigation. She also works closely with clients to provide them with coverage analyses and opinions for a wide variety of factual scenarios.
