Ken Remson is a Partner in Freeman Mathis & Gary's Los Angeles office. Mr. Remson has more than 30 years of experience handling complex insurance coverage claims in jurisdictions across the country. He has represented large national and international insurers and policyholders in insurance coverage issues and disputes regarding commercial, personal lines, and excess policies. He has extensive experience in a wide variety of errors and omissions; directors and officers; environmental liability; construction defects; employment practices liability; cyber security; business interruption; and aviation matters.
