Kevin T. O’Hara is a Partner at Freeman Mathis & Gary’s Orlando, Florida office, Vice-Chair of the firm's Trial Advocacy/Trial On-Call, Co-Chair of the firm's Medical Malpractice team, and part of the firm's Executive Committee. He primarily focuses on medical malpractice defense for healthcare providers and facilities, as well as general civil trial law. Mr. O’Hara is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He holds the distinction of being a Board-Certified Civil Trial Lawyer by The Florida Bar, a title earned by less than one percent of Florida lawyers.
