Maryam Nayibova is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP’s Seattle office. She is a member of the Insurance Coverage and Catastrophic Loss Practice Sections. She focuses on the defense of claims involving a wide array of general liability matters.

Ms. Nayibova has extensive experience defending wide array of business, private clients and insurance companies. She is experienced in handling all stages of litigation, from drafting and arguing motions to taking and defending depositions, as well as representing clients at mediation and trial. Her broad litigation background allows her to skillfully navigate complex disputes, delivering practical and results-oriented solutions tailored to each client’s unique objectives.

Ms. Nayibova is a member of Washington State Bar Association and Washington Defense Trial Lawyers Association, where she is a member of the community service committee.
