Overview

Michael A. Pipa is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP’s Philadelphia office. His practice focuses in the areas of torts and catastrophic loss, professional liability and commercial litigation.

Prior to joining FMG, Michael was a judicial law clerk for Chief Justice Thomas G. Saylor of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and later for Justice P. Kevin Brobson of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. He also has significant courtroom experience from his time working as an associate at a mid-sized civil litigation firm and while serving as a public defender. During law school, Michael was a summer law clerk for Judge John E. Jones III of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and served as an articles editor for the Dickinson Law Review.
