Overview

Mike Hammond is a Partner in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP's Lexington office. He is a member of the Tort & Catastrophic Loss Practice Section. He is also a member of the Firm’s Premises Liability Team. He has tried cases in both federal and state courts throughout Central and Eastern Kentucky. He has been recognized by both Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers.

Mr. Hammond represents trucking companies, retail stores, construction companies and contractors, and individuals in cases dealing with personal injury, products liability, wrongful death and contractual claims.

Mr. Hammond is an active member of the Trucking Industry Defense Association. He also participates in pro bono activities and is a volunteer at the Catholic Action Center, a prominent source of food and shelter for the homeless in Lexington.
