Neil Berglund is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP’s Phoenix office. He is a member of the Healthcare Practice Section. Neil holds a patent law license with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Prior to coming to FMG, Mr. Berglund was an associate at a mid-sized civil litigation defense law firm where he worked on all kinds of civil matters, with a focus on medical malpractice defense and intellectual property. Prior to that, Mr. Berglund served as a judicial law clerk for both the federal and state courts.

Mr. Berglund graduated Cum Laude from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, where he was an Article Editor for Arizona Law Review, a Torts Research Assistant and Ares Fellow, and a member of the Natural Resource Use & Management Law Clinic. He graduated Cum Laude from Tulane University, majoring in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology with a Marine Biology minor.
